“Divide et Impera” or a Trap for the European Union

What happened in Ceuta, Spain, and the reactions of European countries like Italy or Finland, divides, as was assumed to be the reaction in this carefully planned, massive and tragic invasion by the Kingdom of Morocco and the USA.
The USA doesn’t have the economic resources to pay for personnel and logistics in their European Bases, and has requested by the countries where their bases are located to pay a contribution to keep them in their territories; since, in the opinion of the American official rhetoric they keep peace and protection in those areas. European countries refused and openly told to the Americans that they can remove the bases and soldiers from their national soil. The USA started a plan B, searching for new countries in the nearest areas. They don’t care how poor, anti democratic, violent, or how underdeveloped those places are, as in the case of Morocco, the money of the country is owned by the King; people there don’t have any minimum Human Right or civilization standards of living, so the King can pay for American bases without the need to ask anyone, and for the USA this is all they need right now.
The American diplomacy called Ceuta and Melilla as Moroccan soil with Spanish sovereignty, a hostile interpretation that can create a “Casus belli” type conflict between Marocco and the European Union. I said the EU, because only together this Union has the strength to achieve important diplomatic and successful economic results.
Spain, Italy or Germany can’t be independent global players, how the German government remarked, saying that the Ceuta invasion is a clear and open attack from Morocco to all the European Union. I hope this will be a united communitarian position toward the cowardly and barbarous actions from the Kingdom of Marocco against Spain and the European Union by using their poor and martyring people.
