A Criminal that become a Victim, and a Victim that Become a Criminal

Mario Roggero was robbed at his jewellery shop. The two thief’s jumped into a car ready for the final escape by another criminal. Roggero didn’t allow the good ending for the robbers and shot at their car killing two and harming the third.
Roggero was processed and condemned by the Italian justice for multiple murders and tentative of murder. He is now in jail with a sentence of more than 14 years. Thanks to the political parties that try to capitalize the tragedy, this episode again divided the citizens. A party that openly offered Roggero the possibility to run for parliament when he will be free and there will be elections.
Queen Giorgia with Meloni, wanted to pardon Roggero, but the law is clear, she is a queen but it needs to be president Mattarella who will take a decision after the Minister of Justice, Carlo Nordio, who formally presented the request to the President in person.
The real problem in my opinion is that all Democratic parties are trying to use Democracy as a Far West film set if something is convenient to win more votes. Roggero is popular because many citizens think that he did correct, but the justice understood after the trial that Roggero was not using his sacred right of self defense when he shot at the car. He openly, out of any danger for himself, decided to make like Wyatt Earp as Sheriff of Tombstone City and end the life of the criminals, becoming a Killer and a Criminal.
In the modern states, justice is constantly being menaced by the ratings and feedback of opportunistic politicians in need of votes. The logical development will be to protect the judges decisions from being polluted by the public opinions and allow them to deeply study the laws and their effects on the society. The Countries and Universities need to stop preparing and creating just simple lawyers, searchers of personal success in the tragedy of their clients and players or manipulators of the Gregorian Calendar; these people need to study Jurisprudence and help the justice, not just try to confuse them.
