A New Peruvian Independence Day

Finally, the Queen Keiko the Persistent will be proclaimed Queen of Peru, with thanks to all of her Peruvian subjects that voted her from other countries; on TV, everything looks better than the reality is.
In the Queens speech she will declare the country in complete economic, social, natural and environmental Emergency so the people can’t expect substantial transformations. I wonder if all of these calamities are a result of the Queens 10 years of Power in the Shadows of the Parlement, putting and taking presidents depending on her daily mood?
Something interesting is that the Prince Rafael Lopez Aliaga Duke of Pigtown (his friends call him Porky), resigned his role as new elected Senator to be able to run for Vice Mayor of the City of Lima. This I suspect to be in time to change the financial balances that are of clear Bankruptcy thanks to his recent Messianic role as Mayor. He created international mercantile disputes, denying formal contracts signed by the city which caused millions in debts after the loss of legal cases where he contracted friendly lawyers that can defend his personal disputes, as well. Also having the generous idea to sell City Obligations for the coming years, ending with the City of Lima to only be able to pay for the debt holders and not for their daily expenses to serve the citizens of the Metropolis.

As King Phillip the VI of Spain is in Lima, a group of representatives from all the Regions of Peru need to declare him Emperor, asking please to make this country part of his Empire. I think that the poor, the racially discriminated, those in the Amazonia without a document or register, and all the children that need to walk for hours or swim across rivers to go to a rural school without light or sanitary services will find in the Emperor a loyal, educated, and dedicated friend that will do the necessary to give them dignity, or better, what is written in the Human Rights Declaration!
