The President of Peru, just recently approved the purchase of a new combat aircraft fleet for the Air Force for 3,5 Billion US Dollars, claiming that will help to dissuade any country to make war against Peru.
Why this ineffable woman with just 2% of the citizens approval doesn’t make the war against the fact, that 70% of the population doesn’t have water and sanitation systems in their homes or villages? Their is a city called Iquitos, the largest in the Peruvian Amazonia(60% of the countries territory), with more than 1M people, without a road to go in or out of the city and is completely isolated, you just can travel by airplane or going through a dangerous river. They don’t have a Hospital with specialities and the water is not potable since the people get back the dirty water of the river with all the additional waste waters of their homes. Why not give electricity and water to more than 60% of the rural schools without these essential services? Why not to secure the lives of students that need to live in the filthy bedrooms next to the nearest school since it is impossible to travel walking everyday from their remote villages without services, roads and no schools? These girls are normally rapped and contagion of the most abominable sexual transmitted illness from their own professor or educational personal!
Yes, it is better to use 3,5 Billion USD to avoid getting attacked by foreign people, when Peruvian citizens are asked to pay for protection and to have the right to get back to their homes without being shot from criminal mafia agents.
The enemy and enemies of Peru are Peruvians and live inside the country, and worse: Is its own government.
