A Law to Update The Correct Spelling of Names in The Peruvian Civil Registry

After Pitter Enrique Valderrama Peña won the domestic party votation of APRA for the upcoming presidential election in 2026, he asked to be called Enrique to the press and television who wanted to interview him. I confirm my belief that to have an incorrect spelt name legally registered is a problem that goes against the dignity and respect for the human rights. In Peru, many parents put foreign, and sometimes exotic names to their sons, which I think is correct if it comes from a natural and hopeful wish for a good life for the new born child! You will find incorrectly written names like: Maikol, Yeferson, Estiven, Brayan, etc, all anglophone names, but poorly written, which creates, especially when the citizen wants to make superior studies to have a profession or an international business, difficult, heavy and a shameful feeling of inferiority just because their name is not well written. I will be necessary to have a law that automatically updates the spelling of the name and to exchange the updated document at no cost, to give a strong sense of the State Social Attention for good development and interactions of their citizens.
