Nayib Bukele, resolved with character and patriotism the problem of security in El Salvador.

As in his own words, 1% of the population are Criminals who menaced the life of the other 99% and for time kept the free jailed in their homes.

Women become nuns to feel more secure of the eventual menace of being raped. But in most of the cases the gang members, some being around 10 years old, didn’t respect their nuns sacred vows. Bukele, now needs to deal with 1,5% of the El Salvador population in jail, which is extremely costly, and the 98,5% of the population in freedom, their taxes are used to keep the criminals in jail and consequently the peace in the country. The average age of this jail population is 20 years old, so they can be there for more that half a century. Bukele is offering to take prisoners from other countries, but he wants a million USD per year for each one as a way to relax the economical cost of his jails. For other countries to pay over 83 thousand for a prisoner a month, is more than what earns a president of a Democratic country. So Bukele, needs to find a way that these young, strong criminal human capitals in cages can work for their own jail expenses and pay for the damages they created to the families of their victims.
