Japanese Harakiri

Since the Meiji Era(1868-1912), Japan wanted to be a more Occidental country, at the same time trying strongly to keep their important ancestral culture. The era of the Samurai’s, and the war against them, finished with the defeat and the Seppuku of the mythical Saigo Takamori. To follow a new system or an economic wing, in this case, the Capitalist and Free Market of the USA, took Japan to the most developed and refined industrial world ranking; the "Made in Japan" a status symbol of quality.

But after some decades, Japan's model is living the decadence of his professor of economics: The USA. The public debt of Japan is the highest percent in the world: 250% of their yearly GDP, the only important fact about this is that the debt is mostly owned by the same Japanese citizens. This gives Japan stability confronting this alarming figure.

Sanae Takaichi, is the new First Minister of Japan, and as well, the First woman in history to occupy this charge in the country of the raising Sun. Until here not a problem, but after listening to her first speech in front of the parliament:

      1.Fight against the immigration, where only 3% of the total Japanese population are immigrant's, and of this already 50%  are superior students, so foreigners that pay to study in Japan, and the others are holders of a high specialty visa for talents that where research by Japanese companies.  What is the problem with Sanae Takaichi?

      2. To increase the investment in national defence, specifically considering the Chinese military menace. Japanese technology developed China, and the Chinese are deeply respectful of the Japanese culture; it was always the Japanese empire who didn’t respect the Chinese culture, invading and destroying their political and social system, leaving a destroyed country in the hands of the Communist Revolution of Mao Zedong.

China has ten times the population of Japan, if they wanted, they could invade just swimming to Japans coast and there would not be enough bullets in the world to defend you of this quantity of invaders. So what is wrong with Sanae Takaichi? I think she is just another member of this populist group of politicians, that increases the fear, and creates more doubt, just to hide that she is not in the position to create or to fund a new Japanese era as the Meiji, that is near to the end or has already ended.
