Peruvian Criminals and Corruption

Days ago when the police of Paraguay, found the house where “El Monstruo”, the most researched criminal in Peru was living, near Asuncion, the Paraguayan police called their colleagues in Peru, to give them the great news; after hanging up the phone, "Monstruo" started escaping from a secondary exit of the house. The Paraguayan special police then understood that their colleagues in Peru were partners of El Monstruo.

Argentina is under shock after the police found the 3 body’s of the girls reported missing by their families 24 hours before. They were tortured, and horrifically murdered under the orders of a Peruvian Narco of just 20 years old, who is called J! He ordered the torture and murder of the two 20 year old girls, and their cousin of just 15. J possibly escaped from Argentina territory with the direction to Peru, a place where he can pay and corrupt authorities so he can “work” and live in peace.

Jose Miguel Castro, ex-manager of the City of Lima, and ex-President of the bankrupt Lima City Bank, was found dead months ago just before he needed to declare against the ex-mayor of Lima Susana Villaran, who is risking a condemn of more than 25 years of jail for accepting money from Odebrecht, a Brazilian semi public company, that gave money against important public contracts.

The case for the death of Jose Miguel Castro, was closed arguing he auto inflicted suicidal cuts to cause his death, was reopened and clear that he was murdered.

The current Mayor of Lima, Lopez Aliaga, immediately confirmed the same day that Castro was found dead that it was a suicide case. This mayor is under investigation to have contracts from the Lima City Bank, just having a good report with Jose Miguel Castro, and used those transactions for money laundering purposes; Castro was to  declare in this case as well. Many people wanted him silenced, this is clear.

Then we have a criminal Peruvian organisation that has active members in the force, offering to directly become policeman without exams or criminal record checks with just a payment of 15 thousand USD.

It's clear that the corruption already spread in every instance of the Peruvian political, social and institutional life.
