The electrical stairs of the United Nations (UN)

If you take the electrical stairs in the UN building and you are not family, friend or lover of an UN functionary, these stairs will take you nowhere.

Far are the times when Victor Andres Belaunde, one of the founders and first secretaries of the UN claiming against war but also not just peace at any cost, but peace and funds were for the development and consequently for the ratification for any future conflict. Now the UN Blue Cask soldiers who are supposed to go and help after natural or human calamities such as the earthquake in Haiti, 134 UN peacekeepers raped for 3 years 9 Haitian kids without the UN official condemn; or the president of Peru, Dina Boluarte, offering more state funds to the UN from her poor and corrupt country, of course because her son without  any merits works in the UN Peruvian delegation who also gave a job to his girlfriend as well, just in case because life is hard.

Far away are also the times of the former UN general secretary for 9 years, Javier Perez de Cuellar, who stopped the war of almost a decade between Iran and Iraq, that cost the lives of around 2 million people. Because at that time, to not be in line with the UN rules and agreements, not political ideas like now, because it was never supposed to have them, it was at the time a “Super partes” straight point of view to guarantee equity, and a UN 

Condemnation Resolution will be a tacit international discredit without any possibility to get funds or support for that country, meaning there is no way to not be obedient.
