The quantity, not the moral quality for obvious reasons since they went for illegal forbidden relations with underage women, of personalities that travelled in the Lolita Express Aircraft or visited and stayed in the different locations owned or related to Jeffrey Epstein needed to pay afterwards the high price FOR THE SILENCE that could be by wire, cash or in the case of high ranking public authorities: Immunity!

So Epstein could continue to pay and run his illegal business and at the same time to endorse favours owed to him to other people that maybe never visited, frequented or had any relations with the girls involved.
