The Nobel Prize and Donald Trump

The Nobel Prize, is without any doubt the most relevant distinction for any active professional displaying his talent, in Economics, Literature, Medicine, Chemistry, Physics and of course Peace. Alfred Nobel the genius Swedish inventor of the dynamite and other explosives created this remarkable distinction to change his international image of “inventor of death”  to this of a philanthropist.

The prize that needs to be given every year in matters like Literature is in recognition for a life long carrier of written works; the Peace prize is given to who was constantly in research of peace, or to fight for peace during a life long humanitarian battle; in cases such as in the scientific fields, a work that is already tested successfully and is fully developed and working.

In some scenarios these prizes, specifically for the peace, was given for a wish or for a strong motivational spirit that things change and finally happen; like in 1994, after the Oslo Accords, they regarded Yasser Arafat, Yitzhak Rabin and Shimon Peres, and unfortunately 31 years later we continue to talk about this unsolved tragic problem.

The same mistake with former President Barack Obama in 2009; great words, very sympathetic, but nothing concrete.

So it is clear why the Nobel Committee declined Donald Trump as possible winner, because they need to keep their name and status securing that they are not in front of a political timeline propaganda and that in reality nothing has change.
