The prophet Moses, the most courageous Jew of all time and the epitome of respect and belief in
G-D, was the leader and main face of an expedition through darkness, suffering and all kinds of essential material needs that put in constant jeopardy this group of faithful believers in search of their own land.
I can’t imagine the constant and stressful human feelings that tried to own the mind of Moses, and Moses needed to think, as is G-D talking and empowering him, and at the same time he needed to act as it isn’t G-D, and he was the only one responsible, and with his own capabilities constantly found solutions until they arrived to the Promised Land after 40 years.
But in one of these clouded moments of answers and judgement he became almost an injustice contradiction of his own soul. It is there where Jethro, his father in-law, advised and almost ordered him to let the keeping of peace and the daily understanding of the Jewish life in the hands of specific people that are more capable than Moses, since they will be focused just on those matters as their only profession and preserving the position of Moses next to G-D how it needs to be. A leader can’t be erratic, trying to take care of everything, a leader, will take them to the Holy Land, and this is the purpose and the sacred final place for every Jew.
How necessary it is for our world leaders to not overuse the social media and to stop talking of matters that they are so far away to understand, wasting time, energy and losing credibility. The mission and the performance to accomplishing the result is the only important pathway for a leader.
