Zohran Mamdani: Our time is now! Or how to choose in-between an economic collapsed city solution or to assist the poor New Yorkers

New York, like most of the occidental cities and economies are in social and economic crisis; to create business and to earn from this is very difficult. The rent and prices in New York are high and the payments for the normality of jobs are just enough to survive. If Zohran Mamdani wins it’s because most of the voters are struggling, and hope he can assist them with transportation, housing and sanity; normal citizens request for a socialist government.

I just think that all this neuralgic human needs, have a cost and to pay for them and for who needs them and can’t fully afford them is necessary to have funds, or to create them, not increasing taxes to companies who will let people without jobs or to print and sell obligations or public debt.

The key that represents this problem is like a building in Manhattan, it doesn’t matter if you rent or you are the owner, it doesn’t matter if you pay for your rent or pay the mortgage to the bank; if the residents of the building don’t pay the building monthly quote, including who fully paid for the purchase of his apparment, it will be a daily living problem. What is the solution? Who has more money to pay for who can’t pay? For how long can this can resist? Or is it maybe better to move somewhere else? Especially those who can’t afford the monthly rent, because if the people who can pay go away there will be no more chances of support and salvation for this on going need. So, I think Zohran Mamdani, will be of moral help for the poor ones, but without any possibility to resolve their real problems.
